A charismatic house, forming part of the Main Building of Red House, which is tucked away next to the 17th century chapel.

Vavasour House is part of the original 17th century Red House. It was possibly originally used as the servants' quarters and stabling. It was refurbished in 2003 to provide attractive accommodation for a couple or small family. Many of the rooms retain their original character with feature windows and exposed roof timbers on the first floor. One side faces onto the shared courtyard and the other looks on to a private, gravelled area. Views of the chapel are given by 3 of the rooms. Some white goods (washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob) are supplied, with tenants taking responsibility for their maintenance.

Ground Floor: The well equipped dining kitchen has modern units with an L-shaped worktop, electric hob and fan oven, stainless steel sink, washing machine and dishwasher. The sitting room has a feature arched window, a door giving access to the shared courtyard and stairs to the first floor.
First Floor: There are 2 good sized bedrooms with exposed roof trusses and views to the chapel and stables. Each has a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a mixer shower over the bath.
Outside: There is a private, gravelled area to the front and shared courtyard to the rear. There is parking for 2 cars on an adjacent tarmac area. Access is granted to the estate gardens.
