Red House offers a special living environment and, when people come to live here, they tend to stay for a long time. Situated at the end of a long country lane, with only the River Ouse beyond, it provides a quiet haven in the beautiful countryside of the Vale of York. The modern world is not left completely behind as the A59 is only 2 miles away and this provides quick access to York and Harrogate with links to the A64 (Leeds) and A1(M). Our properties can be divided into 2 groups: in the grounds we have 3 cottages with 2 or 3 bedrooms and, in the Main Building we have another 3 houses with 2, 3 or 4/5 bedrooms. They are all available for short term assured tenancies which may be fixed period or no fixed period depending upon your situation.

We take great pride in our properties and they are always thoroughly upgraded and cleaned between lets. Residents have the added bonus of experienced staff on site to sort out problems quickly and effectively.
