Prices

We do not charge extra for electricity, awnings, larger vans or use of the pool or tennis court.
If you are booking more than a week in advance then we would ask you to send a deposit of two nights fee (or 1 night if your stay is only one night!) to secure your pitch.

Payment

After confirming availability with us, payments can be made by card over the phone or by using an internet banking payment.

Availability

Any dates shown in RED indicate that all pitches are already fully booked on those nights (including the overspill area).
The table will be updated at least weekly and the last update will be shown beneath the table.

Deposits (T's & C's)

We ask for a deposit, payable in advance, equal in value to 2 night's pitch fee (unless your stay is for only 1 night, in which case the deposit will be 1 night's pitch fee).
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or card.
1. By paying the deposit:
(a) You are guaranteed a pitch on the Red House CL for the dates you have booked unless circumstances arise in which we have to close the site (eg. weather events) - in which case we will return your deposit in full.
(b) You will only be charged the pitch fees for your whole stay current with the time you paid the deposit, even if the fees have increased in the meantime.
2. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days¹ before your arrival date but we reserve the right to withold £5 for each pitch deposit to cover admin and finance costs.
3. Rather than a refund, you have the option to leave the deposit with us and use it for a future stay at the Red House CL. In which case it will cover the price of the first two nights of your stay, any subsequent nights will be charged at the future price.

¹ Bank Holiday exception: If your stay covers any Friday, Saturday or Sunday night of a Bank Holiday weekend, the deposit is refundable only up to 60 days before your arrival date with the same £5 admin and finance charge deducted for each deposit.
