The Bluebells
On a blustery, shower dotted day with the clouds intermittently shielding the warmth of the sun, the best place to go for a walk is Redhouse Woods where the trees shelter you from the wind and rain. At the moment there is the added attraction of the annual bluebell display which is in its prime this week. Despite the cold March the bluebells have reached their peak at the usual time, perhaps benefiting from the warmth of the trees.
