Waiting Patiently
A line of young children, all residents of the estate, sit on the croquet lawn intently watching a bouncy castle being set up on Sunday morning. The reason for the treat was to celebrate the 4th birthday of Milly Welborn, her party was taking place in the Garden House that afternoon. A minute after this photo, four of them were bouncing wildly in all directions, while Daisy (on the right) sat in her push chair and watched the action with fascination.
