Redhouse Redwood
This view along the trunk of one of the Redwoods in Redhouse Wood gives some impression of the height of these huge trees. They stand in a line, next to one of the tracks, twice as high as all the other conifers and deciduous trees in the wood. Storms and lightning strikes have taken their toll as there are now only four and a half left of the original seven, which makes their name "The Seven Sisters" slightly inaccurate.
