Snowdrops
Despite overcast skies and the odd snow shower, the snowdrops have bloomed to remind us that spring is on the way. Little clumps are appearing everywhere on the lawns around the estate, like this one which is growing in front of the privet hedge by the croquet lawn. The sounds of spring are in the air, as well, with the hammering of woodpeckers and peeping of great tits everywhere.
