Tractors might fly.
A final farewell to one of the Red House tractors, which has been with us since about 1985, as it was lifted onto a low-loader. It has had a good working life, pulling muck trailers, shifting roadstone and topping the fields but recently it became too unreliable until it finally expired last week. It has now been replaced by a much bigger and more powerful machine to do the heavier jobs around the estate. As the old one passed through the Estate gates a comment was heard, "It's not got that far without breaking down for years!"
