The Season Begins
We were treated to a beautiful Wednesday evening last week for the opening event of the Red House show jumping season. There was a healthy number of competitors in the main arena in which the Open was won by Grace Booth on Amalia after they had the only clear round in the class.
On Saturday the first Cross Country Open Day of the year took place and an encouraging number of riders took advantage of the dry weather. The ground conditions were very firm and we hope for just a bit of rain to soften up the surface before the next one in June.
