Seeing In the New Year
New Year's Eve was cold and frosty and the clear skies gave us hope for a starlit night for the planned bonfire by the river. However cloud formed in the evening and we were, instead, treated with a dusting of snow as we stood round the warm fire. Fireworks in the distance all around us let us know others were celebrating too.
