The Golden Sycamore
This has to be one of Red House's finest trees, the largest sycamore growing on the mound in the Moat Field. Not only does it have a beautiful shape but, when in leaf, can provide some stunning colours.
Sycamores have stood on the mound since the 17th century and the ones we have now must be about 150 years old.
