Still Water Sunrise
With stormy weather forecast for the last weekend of January, we can, in the meantime, enjoy the calm of this sunrise looking downstream along the River Ouse at Redhouse Landing. The river has been far from peaceful in the last 2 months as almost constant floods have spread over the ings fields. Since the photo was taken it has overspilled its banks again, probably for the 8th or 9th time since the beginning of November.
