Summer Holiday at Red House
As autumn comes upon us it is pleasant to be reminded of the summer that has just passed. A collection of photos by Peter Edwards was sent to us showing his family's two week holiday in August on the Red House Caravan CL site.

Clockwise from top left:
1. Boys playing croquet on the front lawn, an activity that could lose them for hours.
2. Light pollution is relatively low at Red House so a clear night can produce a spectacular long exposure of the sky.
3. The damson crop was good this year but we had to be quick to get there before the wasps.
4. Roe deer have been a frequent sight in the fields along Red House Lane.
5. Another glorious sunset seen from the CL site.
6. This year had many Battle of Britain commemorations so demand for spitfire flypasts was high. This one just happened to fly over Red House.
