Sparky's Progress
Sparky came to Red House in 2011 as a rescue pony from the RSPCA and immediately became a popular and very likeable member of the community. He has always been keen to join in and tends to look rather left out while the other horses are being ridden around the estate. Last summer he was lightly backed and, of course, thoroughly enjoyed it. This year he is being encouraged to follow other horses on hacks with Nell Bold at the helm and her mum, Shirley, overseeing things. He is still very young but, by next summer, he could be a full member of the Red House team and, we suspect, he cannot wait.
