Fright Night
Halloween was celebrated in style at Red House as the Jack o' Lanterns appeared outside most houses and also several of the vans staying on the caravan site. At 7pm on the 31st of October, children dressed as bats, skeletons, witches and even witches' cats began flitting across the Oval, summoning up the courage to hammer on doors and demand sweets. A lot of fun was had and far too many sweets were handed out before the crowd, guided by the adults, was shepherded into Moat Cottage for some hot drinks and sweet munching.
Pictured are a group of bats and skeletons caught outside Montrose House surrounded by a selection of the Jack o' Lanterns that could be spotted around the estate.
