It's Show Jumping Time!
Summer must be on the way as the show jumps have been put out in the two arenas in preparation for the season at Red House. The last few weeks have been a busy time on the estate as new wings have been built and much colourful paint applied to the jumps to get them looking in shape for the first event, which is on Wednesday the 1st of May. This activity not only involves the staff but also some residents very kindly help out.
The cross country course is also being readied as the first Open Day is on Saturday the 4th of May. The sounds of chain saws, hammers and tractors are all around the fields as the obstacles are being put back into order.
