Anna and Kevin Morley
We were delighted to host the marriage blessing of Anna and Kevin Morley on the grounds of Red House this weekend. The blessing took place in the chapel and afterwards there was an afternoon and evening reception on the lawns in front of the Main House. The day was truly magical as the sun shone brightly to banish away any hint of autumn and the beautiful, still evening encouraged the bats to come out and feed in front of the floodlit main building.
Anna, dressed in a victorian style riding outfit which was made by Kevin, is a cousin of one of the residents of Red House and a keen equestrian. Photographs were taken on the chapel lawn and in the victorian stables (see picture above).
The event involved local firms including the Ainsty Farm Shop who provided the catering for the afternoon and evening celebrations and Marston Moor Marquees.
