Rebecca Tierney and Lulu show great concentration during one of the heats of the potato and spoon race in the gymkhana of their Riding Holiday last week. After a busy morning competing in a mini one day event, the riders relaxed a bit when they performed a musical ride in the arena followed by fun and games involving potatoes, spoons, apples, buckets of water, mints and flour. The chase-me-charlie proved to be memorable with a winning jump of 1.12m (3ft 8in) by Ella Tierney on Toffee.
