Shall we jump in or climb out?
The flock of Canada Geese that frequent Redhouse Reservoir have recently decided to move down the river to graze the fields by Beningbrough, opposite Redhouse Landing. Each morning, en route from their night roost, they glide over the buildings of Red House in their well ordered skeins. These fall rapidly into disorder as the choice of landing place spreads confusion, with some opting for a dry field and others splashing inelegantly into the river followed by a strenuous climb up the side of the bank.
