The Red House Carol Service.
Last Saturday we held our Carol Service in the Chapel and pictured here are some of the lesson readers: (l to r) Sarah Place, Emma Cook, Sophie Cook and Jo Cook. Accompanied by the brass band "Something Else", we sang carols and listened to the nativity story to give us a perfect start to the christmas season. After the service we enjoyed mince pies and mulled wine in front of the Main House while the band played a few more upbeat christmas tunes. It really was a special evening which highlighted the community spirit of Red House. It was a pleasure to see such a cross section of people: residents, members of the livery yard, friends of the estate and Old Cavaliers of the school.

Special thanks go to:
Trish Hughes (chapel decoration, delicious mince pies)
Beate Gordon (chapel decoration and mulled wine (secret german recipe))
Tim Hughes (for his original idea and being in the band)
Brian Hughes (general support on the day)
The Band "Something Else" (even better than last year!)
The Lesson Readers (Jill Gordon, Beau Hill, Lottie Hill and those above) Clifton Scout Group (marquee and cooking equipment)
