A Woodpecker on the Bird Feeder
Although the woodpeckers are fairly quiet at this time of the year, they will start their drumming on the trees in the new year, it is still possible to catch glimpses of them as they dart from a tree with their distinctive, uneven wing action. This one pounced on to the bird feeder by the Chapel sending all the smaller birds to nearby shrubs and trees.
