Hercules the Shetland Pony.
One of the few distractions during lessons at Red House was the sudden
shuffling of a horse outside the classroom window as it tried to join in
a lesson. Fortunately their concentration span was not long and they would
soon lose interest and continue munching grass.
Hercules is looking through the Fench Windows of the Resource Room
of the Classroom Block. The Barn in the background is now the Big Barn
Stables, the paddock is now the Manège and the Resource Room is
part of the path beside the Manège.
