Since the closure of Red House Preparatory School in December 2001 there has been extensive work done at Red House Estate to expand the activities available to the public in this unique environment.

The main areas where work has been going on are:
1. Expansion of equestrian and stabling facilities
2. Improvement of group accommodation
3. Reorganisation of field and land use
4. Improvement of car parking and storage facilties for cottages
5. Redevelopment of the main building into luxury holiday accommodation
